Here’s an interesting promotion. Fujitsu is offering a free Creative ZEN Nano 512 MB MP3 player and free Shipping with purchase of a new notebook or Tablet PC. The ZEN Nano sells for $50 to $80 online so it’s a nice little gift. This deal does not apply to refurbished or discontinued products and is valid until 1/31/07 or until supplies last.
We are very familiar with the Fujitsu notebooks, especially their small P-Series, which gives even the most ultralight Sony and Dell a run for their money. If you’re interested in purchasing a new notebook, don’t forget to check whether Fujitsu is offering any rebates or specials on your product of choice.

Online book, music, and movie store Alibris (pronounced “uh-LEE-briss”), known for bringing together the inventory of thousands of independent sellers and merchants around the world, is offering three coupons: $4 off $40, $10 off $100, and $25 off $200. All three coupons expire 11/30/06.
To get a good sense of the kind of store Alibris is, just look at the list of top used books posted on the front page. It’s an eclectic mix which includes “Confessions of an Economic Hit Man”, Steve Irwin’s “Crocodile Hunter”, and “The Chicago Manual of Style”. With low prices and used books, you could pickup all of these and a few more and then apply a coupon. Alot of books for a low price — sounds like a good deal to me.

Apple has just released an 8GB (PRODUCT) RED iPod nano for $249. This is Apple’s second (PRODUCT) RED release after debuting a 4GB version when the campaign launched.
As we previously mentioned, the (PRODUCT) RED campaign is working with major retailers to offer limited edition products, either in red or with the (PRODUCT) RED branding, with part of the proceeds going towards The Global Fund to fight AIDS in Africa. In this case, Apple will donate $10 from the sale price.

With only days to go before Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan arrives at movie theaters, the soundtrack is now officially available at iTunes and Amazon.
The movie documents the adventures of reporter Borat Sagdiyev (AKA British comedian Sacha Baron Cohen AKA Ali G AKA Brüno), Kazakhstan’s sixth most famous man, who travels to the U.S. to make a documentary for the state-run TV network. Through encounters with unsuspecting locals, Borat manages to offend every person alive and make us laugh until we cry. The soundtrack captures some of the humor from the movie with favorites such as “In My Country There Is Problem (Throw the Jew Down the Well)” and a very different interpretation of “Born to be Wild“. Additionally, the album includes five audio skits from the movie while the actual CD also contains five minutes of exclusive video outtakes.
Borat (Soundtrack) | $9.90 (iTunes) | $12.97 (Amazon)
